It was indeed very kind of His Excellency Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, Hon’ble Governor Punjab & Administrator UT Chandigarh to spend quality time with an Informal group of retired Civil Servants, Army Officers, Engineers, Doctors, Academia, prominent public personalities, and others, under the banner of Tricity Intelligentsia, at UT Guest House today. Serious discussions were held to find ways and means of utilising intellectual capital for social transformation as a pre-requisite for healthy society and strong nation. The address of Hon’ble Governor was very motivating and full of doable suggestions.
