The Free Legal Division of Kaushal Foundation undertakes the following projects:
- Free legal advice to the needy persons in distress
- Taking up court cases on behalf of those who have no means to bear the cost of justice system
- Assistance to the needy parties to arrive at amicably negotiated settlement of their disputes.
- Alternate dispute resolution
- To undertake public interest litigation for common public causes
- To hold legal awareness seminars, workshops and educational activities
Kaushal Foundation works as a catalyst to change the lives of underprivileged children and youth and give them a better future.
